| Teacher Karen graduated from National Taiwan Normal University (a school renowned for training teachers) and taught for nearly 10 years in Taiwan. She has extensive Child Development training from De Anza College, and has been working with young children in the United States for 8 years. Currently she teaches Chinese at a Chinese Sunday school, and is a preschool teacher for toddlers in Cupertino. Teacher Karen has received her Excellent Teacher Award from Association of Northern California Chinese Schools in 2006. In her leisure time, she enjoys Chinese calligraphy, Chinese brush painting, and piano. |
